In-Water Surveys

MCD staff have over 16 years of experience conducting In-Water Surveys (IWS) and UnderWater Inspections in Lieu of Dry-docking (UWILD) of ships for major Classification Societies (DNVGL, NK, BV, LR, ABS and RINA).

Due to this accumulated feedback, MCD managers are committed to continuous improvement and evolution to adapt to current and changing circumstances.

One of the advances is the implementation of remote diving inspections by streaming diver’s CCTV signal from the boat to the dock (or anywhere via Internet). This system optimizes the underwater inspections and guarantees the safety of the personnel involved through social distancing measures.

    4. País Vasco (Bilbao, Bermeo and Pasajes)

    MCD can attend any other port in Spain thanks to the fully equipped dive support mobile unit with trailer for the auxiliary boat.
